Custom touch panels for gaming equipment manufacturers

XLLTOUCH supplies custom PCAP touch panels for equipment OEM projects, including flat and curved touch designs. This solution is for equipment manufacturers purchasing touch components for integration.

Flat or curved: define the mechanical design first

  • Provide the display size, active area, outline dimensions and mounting drawing.
  • For curved designs, specify the curvature radius, curved direction and the matching display/enclosure geometry.
  • Confirm cover glass shape, border printing, thickness and surface treatment requirements.
  • Specify the controller, touch interface and operating system. USB or I2C compatibility must be confirmed for the selected design.
  • State whether the project needs a touch panel only or a touch + display assembly.

Validate samples in the complete equipment

Review drawings and specifications before sample production. Evaluate touch response, display alignment, mounting stress and electrical compatibility in the complete equipment before confirming OEM production.
